Figures are $2.50 each Australian Dollars, which is about $1.25 or there abouts depending on the market.

I received six new figures from Gregory Blake - four Alamo and two Yangpats. While the Alamo line isn't strictly colonial it is close and the figures are very nice.

TX22 John An Alamo defender "John" was recorded on the muster list by his first name only. There is strong argument that he may well have been a free Afro-American serving as a rifleman. This represents the first casting and may change slightly to accommodate the casting mould. I like this figure, although why he is waving his hat I'm not sure I understand when the other figures are all fighting, it must be some insult to Santa Ana that I don't recognize.

TX23 Davy Crockett This figure also comes with a weapons pack so you have a choice for his open hand, which includes a hatchet, Bowie knife, pistol and broken musket. Since the latest research seems to indicate that the great legend actually surrendered, oh no Davy, maybe he should have had his hands up. Just kidding.

MX4b Mexican Soldier in fatigues wearing a straw hat. This figure as Greg relates could well be used for a large number of Latin American Wars of the mid-19th century.

MX6b Mexican Officer wearing a shako. This figure is taller than the soldier and represents a Mexican of European stock. These four Alamo figures, as with the others in this line, are well sculpted and very nice, I'm not sure I like Davy's position but what the heck when painted up he will look great anyway. While it is a static figure, I really like the quality sculpting of the Officer, very very nice. Yangpats

WL1b Warlord Officer he's a little hefty for a Chinese, bet his warlord steals well and pays well.

WL4 Warlord Soldier This will come in a number of head variants that should be available soon.

I am really impressed with the sculpting, the rifle is well scaled and the sandals on the soldier are great, and the detail is very good. What more can I say, these figures are great and I have plans for all the Yangpats. Photo not to scale
