Those of you wishing to contact Howard Whitehouse to have him make you some great scenery will have to wait until he surfaces again. I understand Howard has moved to Toronto. I also understand that Howard is now working for the Foundry as a North American Rep. I don't know exactly what that means, but prehaps a lot of the problems you have experienced contacting them in Ohio will be cleared up.

FREE FIGURE GIVE AWAY

I took advantage of the Foundry's pre-christmas sale and got a bag of free goodies which I want to share with you. I have put together five packages of 7-10 figures each of Foundry's Wild West figs. I would appreciate it if you send a dollar or a pound for postage and I'll mail it to you. The packs include Townspeople and gunmen, Foot Apache, Townspeople and gunmen, Mounted Apache with horses, and Mounted Apache with horses. Plus I have one DA151 Azande Warriors I and a DA154 Azande Bodyguards with Rifles to give away. See the back cover of WI #149 for illustration.

For those of you gaming in Colonial 20mm I have a very nice ox wagon, six oxen, boxes, barrels, bags, cover, driver, Brit. lancer, and two Brit. foot officers. The wagon is very similar to the one in Brookhurst Hobbies ad in WI #148. Send me a buck or a pound for postage. So that is a total of eight free packs of figures. It will be first come first serve on these free figures.

Note, you must subscribe to the print version of the Heliograph to take advantage of the offer. MagWeb.com only members may not participate.--RL

Next issue will contain a great game by John Baxter entitled "A Small skirmish with the Wanyaturu", two scenarios, table and cards. Very, very nice.

DON'T FORGET, PLEASE, IF THE NUMBER ON YOUR MAILING LABEL IS 117 IT IS TIME TO REENLIST IN THE HELIOGRAPH FOR ANOTHER YEAR.
