Please try and post the enclosed flyer where other gamers might see them and give us a try. We could sure use the added subscription base. I still need articles for the next issue The Re-conquest of the Sudan. PLEASE!!!! I could also use anything for the NWF issue. We have a special guest writer again, Mark Copplestone. I greatly appreciate the time anyone who provides an article or review material for us, thank you all very much particularly those who submitted material for this issue. Must be a colonial turn-around in the wind we have picked up a dozen new subscribers since the last issue. I'm not sure what this means, I'm very slow on the uptake so help is appreciated, maybe by summers end we can figure this out. Someone wrote and said that Bob Giglio had posted Heliograph info on a gamer website, if this is because of you Bob THANKS. Several have also mentioned MagWeb. Wherever this is popping up and people are making a connection this is great for us. New subscription money has helped add lots of photographs to this issue. I considered a big write up of the Spanish-American War, rehashing stuff better written elsewhere and decided not to. Instead I have, through a book loan from Ron Lizorty, photographed and scanned negatives for this issue of photographs and drawings not seen very often. The photographs are numbered and captions are provided from the original source. I have created only two special articles for this issue the rest are from you, for which I am very grateful. I need to find a distributor who carries the boxed set of The Sword and the Flame for a new subscriber, can anyone help! Should your issue arrive damaged or not at all I would replace it no questions asked. Just let me know, I generally have three or four extra copies and will be glad to replace damaged issues. Should you buy anything based on a review you read in the Heliograph, please let the manufacturer or retailer know that you bought it on the Heliograph's recommendation. This will help us get you more information on new products, re-releases, old products whatever. Should you be missing any old issues of the Heliograph, please check with Bob Burke for back issues. Especially useful is his index for those of you looking for great rules variations. Highly Recommended. It's that time of the year when most of your subscriptions end, please re-enlist for another year in the colonial army. The Heliograph needs YOU!
