Concord have just released a stunning study of the Abrams M1 A1/A2 tank, complete with 196 colour photographs, six camouflage drawings and 4 line drawings. The Abrams was the backbone of US armoured forces throughout the 1980s and saw service in Desert Storm and on a number of peacekeeping missions. The photos show the tank in a variety of conditions, from training to full-blown battle in Kuwait and Iraq. We'd like to reproduce one of the photos here but have instead presented one of the line drawings – the only black and white images in the book. M1 A1/A2 Abrams (7502) is part of the Mini Color Series and costs just £9.99.
