Leo Cooper, of Leo Cooper and Pen and Sword Books, has retired. He will continue to help see through any projects for which he is responsible. Pen and Sword will continue to publish books under the Leo Cooper imprint. Brigadier Henry Wilson has been appointed Publishing manager of the Leo Cooper imprint.
