Book Promotion

Greenhill has an extensive programme in hand for promoting the new publishing programme for the first half of 1998, including:-

  • A half-page full colour advertisement in the special six monthly Buyer's Guide of The Bookseller. This advertisement is in the 'War and Military History' section, and features Greece and Rome at War, 1815: The Waterloo Campaign and The Greenhill Napoleonic Wars Data Book.
  • A full page advertisement in a special Napoleonic issue of Military History (Cowles, USA), which is due to appear in March. Sixty thousand copies of this 'one shot' are to be printed.
  • Continued half and full page advertisements in Military Illustrated. An advertisement entirely devoted to the new book by Peter Hofschroer appears in the February issue.
  • A full colour A5 leaflet to promote 1815: The Waterloo Campaign by Peter Hofschroer to be inserted into First Empire, The Age of Napoleon, The Waterloo Committee Journal and the Napoleonic Fair catalogue.
  • An A5 leaflet for Striking Back: A Jewish Commando's War Against the Nazis by Peter Masters (Presidio) to go to 3,000 members of the Commando Association.
  • Two full page advertisements in Gun Mart for the books from Krause and DBI (USA)
