The Book of Knighthood is now available for the first time in a paperback edition, from Chivalry Bookshelf. Originally written in Catalan, it was first translated into English by William Caxton and printed as one of the first books in England. Since the fifteenth century the text has proved difficult for many students, and this modern edition by Brian R. Price strives to preserve as much of Caxton’s language as possible while updating the language as necessary to make this important work accessible to modern readers.
