An extensive campaign is underway in the United States, promoted by the Association of American Publishers and the Magazine Publishers of America. More than thirty magazines and newspapers have donated space including Atlantic Monthly, Playboy, San Francisco Bay Guardian, The Economist, TV Guide and USA Today. The major book chains are also using Get Caught Reading window banners and signs. Celebrity supporters whose photographs are being used include Robin Williams (shown here), Donald Duck, Whoopi Goldberg, and The Rugrats.
