Feudal Castings 15mm - handled by Roger Dospil's Division After Division, 16710 Bradbe Rd, Fisherville, KY 40023, 502-267-8146 or e-mail rdosboe@aol.com. I received a couple packs - specifically GW11 and GW26. This is the Great War line and has seen a great number of additions over the past year and the line now sports 35 different packs! GW-11 is a pack of German Infantry advancing. They carry the Mauser and there is a single mold for the entire pack. The quality is well done and very reminiscent of the quality you would expect from established figure great - Peter Pig. These appear to blend well with PP's WWI line, too. GW-26 is a German Machine-gun crew manning the MG-08. One Machine gunner and oneloader in this pack. Again, very well done - nice clean lines, no flash, good casting! For the 15mm Great War gamer, these figures will be a very nice addition! Highly Recommended! True North Productions, Dave Jackson, out of Ottawa, Canada, (e-mail JacksonD@DFO-MPO.GC.CA). Could Dave be the next GHQ MicroArmor? The answer is no. Dave's stuff is better than GHQ, but it also fills a much-needed niche because Dave is taking on the 10mm WWII market. GHQ set the standard for microarmor and there is no doubt of that. But by having the standard, then others can use that to make the next round of figures better. That's just what these are. Dave sent me a Willy's jeep, a Kubelwagen, a Panzerkampfwagen MkIV (with 75mm), a Stewart, and a Panther. For example, the Willys jeep has seven parts, the four wheels being on a sprue. The detail on the body of the jeep is phenomenal. There is no flash and barely perceptible mold lines. The axles have a triangle shape in order to better fit into the body of the jeep. It all fits together very well. These are poured using a brighter, harder metal which I suspect is pewter. They retain their malleability, while keeping their shape under minor stress. True North! Nice work and Highly Recommended for those making the transition to the 10mm WWII market. From True North Productions - 15mm. I have samples from three different eras - 1939-1940 Poles, East India Dutch, and 1807 French Dragoons. There are six figures in a pack. The WWII figs have three prone, one kneeling and two standing figures. The prone figures are armed with AT Rifle, rifle, and binos (respectively). Two more rifles and one pistol welding officer rounds out the pack. These are comparable to Peter Pig in all regards. They will add very nicely to any PP figure collection. The East India Dutch are from a lesser known era (I personally know nothing at all about it). These figures look like they could blend into a Vietnam era game and that's all I can say as I'm not sure what I'm looking at. They are very nicely done from a physical quality standpoint. The last set from 1807 contains nine figures, from the eagle bearer to the riflemen to the sword held high officer. Again, these look to be figures of choice for the Napoleonic period. They are true 15mm according to the Barrett scale. Drop Dave an e-mail for more information. Warhawk Hobbies, Age of Glory - a set of skirmish rules for the times of the French Revolution and Napoleon (1792-1815). These rules are very well done with many illustrations highlighting how the rules apply. They are a quick read and even quicker to start playing. There are 14 pages of rules & charts, five pages of organization, and eleven pages of a Tactics manual which explains term and concepts. This is the complete set! Now - we can cheer on Mike to come up with a companion scenario book and it will be the must-have purchase of the year! Highly Recommended! (as you all know, I am a skirmish fan!).
