The officers of the camp decided that in order to keep all members informed of the activities of the Camp and the museum, a newsletter would be published quarterly. This is the first issue. It will contain information about the Gen. James A. Garfield Camp No. 4, Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War [S. U. V. C. W.] its museum contents and new acquisitions.
