Dear Editor.

When The Gamer stopped its production I was really sorry, this English magazine was the only one to cover ALL GAMES in production then. Now, during a business visit to the UB., I discover GAME NEWS and I'm very glad to see that the CHILD is good, let us hope that he will grow even better.

I also hope that GAME NEWS will not forget European gamers (in general) and ITALIANS (in my situation). Let us know more about new releases. So please increase your NEWS page a little more to let us know better what is happening in the big companies and what we expect in the near future. Please let me also know if you axe interested in some REPORTS from my country! I will be happy to send you any news or curiosities from ITALY.

I'm a life gamer (and I also created some games for Italian companies) and I own some hundreds of games, 50% war games and 50% various. I also founded the biggest Italian war games association (Torneo Masters) of which I'm presently the president.

What else? Good luck! Ciao.

Dear Editor:

I have been reading your magazine for some time and I think its great! It's the first magazine that really knows what gamers want.

Dear Editor:

First, you should know, I will play anything with rules and an objective. I've played over 200 different games of all types and thought no magazine could take the place of Britain's Games and Puzzles.

Nothing did until I picked up GAME NEWS. I find your magazine enjoyable and informative. I especially enjoy the game reviews.

May I suggest the number of players who can conveniently play the game be displayed in the gray box that lists the game's vital statistics. Also, how about articles comparing and contrasting games on the same subject.

Keep up the good work and I wish you success.

--Alfonzo Smith Hawthorne, CA
