The World Boardgaming Championships are Upon Us. For on-line registration boardgamers.org/wbc/register.htm WBC has been expanded to six full days of boardgaming and will open at 9 AM Tuesday, August 3rd with Open Gaming scheduled throughout the Maryland Ballroom and Assembly. All members are invited to attend the Annual Meeting of the BPA at 9 AM, Wednesday, August 4th, 2004 in Frankie & VinnieB's (aka Cafe Jay) at Hunt Valley Inn in Hunt Valley, MD where you will meet the new Board, and may make inquiries and/or suggestions regarding the activities of your organization. If you can't make that one, we hope to see you at the Armistice "after-action" meeting on Sunday at 8 AM in the same place for door prizes, hobby awards, and another chance to comment pro/con on WBC's past, present or future. EURO QUEST II: Plans for the second Euro Quest convention (Nov 11th-14th at Days Hotel in Timonium, MD) are underway. GMs are still needed for Euphrat & Tigris, Lost Cities and Traumfabrik.
