GameTable Online, Inc. and WizKids, Inc. reached an agreement to create the first online Collectable Miniatures Game (CMG). GameTable Online will host a digital version of Creepy Freaks, WizKids' gross-out 3D strategy game, on their website. Creepy Freaks has recently been nominated for "Best Abstract Board Game" by the acclaimed Origins Awards. "GameTable Online and WizKids are breaking new ground by bringing this style of game to the Internet. Collectable Card Games have done well online, but this is the first CMG to go digital," said Joe Minton, President of Game Table Online. As with all GameTable Online games, Creepy Freaks will look and play exactly like its tabletop counterpart. Each player will be able to collect, trade, and build teams from their computer. Vampire Enters Beta Testing: Our game contractors are now starting to reach the finish line! The first game to enter live beta testing is Vampire by Reiner Knizia - which is quickly getting a lot of exciting play on the site. Just behind Vampire is Kill Dr. Lucky from Cheapass Games, which is in Alpha testing right now and is scheduled to hit live beta testing just in time for Origins. Past these two games, development is underway on Battle of the Bands, Bosworth, Condottiere, Creepy Freaks, Lemmings in Space, Overthrone, Who Stole Ed's Pants and Wiz-War.
