Essentially you've got the SS Panzer Corps vs. 5th Guards Tank Army in quite a small sector. Something like David Glantz's book The Battle of Kursk covers the engagement in mind-numbing detail. There is an extremely good Prochorovoka scenario with Talonsofts old 'East Front' computer game with a very accurate map and units down to platoon/section level. For all its fame as a huge tank battle, it isn't really a very big battle at all by Eastern Front standards (just a Corps sized engagement) and doesn't have that many tanks either -- the SS divisions were still panzergrenadier formations at this stage and their predominant strength was their oversized motorized infantry regiments rather than their tank complement. Obviously 5th Guards Tank Army has a fair number of tanks, but each Tank Corps also had six motorized infantry battalions to support the armoured component. To fit this into Memoir 44 formations you probably need to aim at a regiment/brigade size representation for the Russians and battalion sized for the Germans so 5th GTA would have three tank corps each with three tank units and one infantry unit and one mech corps with three infantry units and one (or two if feeling generous) tank units, whilst the SS Panzer Corps would have three divisions each with six infantry units and one tank unit although you may feel each divisions Tiger company warrants a separate tank unit and you may wish to classify all the German tanks as elite. Bung in guns etc as feels appropriate although on the Russian side only the mech corps really warrants any artillery.
