Notes:

This historical order of battle reflects three important rationalizations of the actual deployment:

1. A number of units began the war dispersed over several Europa hexes. In these cases, the most representative hex was chosen.
2. Some adjustments were made to conform with the deployment instructions for A Winter War.
3. Some adjustments were made to allow for the realities of the Europa two-week turn. For example, some screening forces in front of the Mannerheim Line are shown as actually deployed in the line.
