This is the draft U.S. ground forces order of battle for all of Europa, for the period prior to that of Second Front. It covers all U.S. ground forces that deploy across the Atlantic to the EAME (Europe-Africa-Middle East, including Iceland and other Atlantic islands outside the western hemisphere), plus the 1st Special Service Force and the Brazilians. Counters that do not appear in Second Front are scheduled to be included in the Collector Series edition of War in the Desert.

Special Contingency Amphibious Forces
These forces are available for emergency amphibious operations in the Atlantic area. While these forces were mostly intended for operations in North or South American waters, under certain circumstances they might have been deployed in areas included in Europa. Triggering conditions and further rules for these forces will be developed at a later time.
