Malta Repair Rate
Dec I 40 1 repair point on the first turn of each month
Jan I 41 1 repair point (RP) per turn
Jul I 41 2 RPs on 1st turn of month; 1 RP on 2nd turn
Jul I 42 2 repair points per turn

One repair point may: (1) reduce the Malta status number by one; (2) repair one hit on Valletta's port capacity; or (3) repair two hits on the capacities of any airbases on Malta. The Allied player may also expend supplies on Malta for repair purposes. Each step of supply spent gives the Allied player 1 repair point.
