Question and Answer

Can I use the 7th and 8th Railroad Engineer Regiments from the Europa OB in Fire in the East/Scorched Earth?

No! These two regiments represent the railroad engineer assets needed to keep the railroads functioning in the rest of German-occupied Europe. If they were sent to the east, then vital rail lines in western Europe and the Balkans would not be properly maintained--thereby hindering the flow of war materials from the occupied lands to Germany.
