When I prepared the Europa Almanac for publication, GR/D planned to publish it in sections. Accordingly, I broke it into four regional sections. As it turned out, GR/D was able to publish it as a single booklet, so we simply glued the sections together, one after the other. I recently noticed that this organization makes it somewhat difficult to find a specific country, as there's no alphabetical index of the countries. No longer!
