By the time that some of you will recieve this issue it could be near or in December so I'll take this opportunity to wish you all a HAPPY CHRISTMAS and a PROSPEROUS NEW YEAR. While a big thank you is owed to all of the members who have helped out during this year with articles and data for articles to be based on, for with out it you would only have my researches which may not give such a wide variety of topics or in depth knowledge on a set subject, as you all should know by now I collect all periods of Latin American Military History and many areas are still little known to me, many thanks to you all.

If you are going to a Convention or a Society Annual meeting be it Historical, Figurines or Wargamers and you wish to take some copies of El Dorado and notes on the Society let me know. For I wish to expand the membership so that the newsletter grows, no company advertise in El Dorado making growth dependent on its membership, that is one of my aims for 1991.
