Recently the owner of a used book store which I've begun to frequent showed me a handy guide that he used forr locating other dealers in out of print books. Entitled "Buy Books Where - --ell Books Where, A directory of Out of Print Booksellers 1990-1991, the entries are listed both geographically and under subject headings, one of which included dealers specializing in Latin America. As many of the books dealing with the military history of Latin America are long since out of print [such as C. Kolinski's "Independence or Death", a copy of which I'm still trying to obtain], I felt that a list of these dealers who offer mail order service miqht prove useful to other members of E.D.

Of course, having just found these dealers myself, I cannot vouch for their reliability, as I haven't contacted them yet. Perhaps if any of these dealers cause members any difficulties, these members could alert the rest of us to this problem, as well as suggest other book dealers, both new and used, which they have found helpful.
