Fig. 1. Officer in dismounted uniform:

Bicorne black with gold lace and tassels, feathers with tips red, centre white and bases green, National Cockade under plumes with gold lace holding strap and button. Tunic red with white collar, cuffs and turnbacks, pocket piping also in white, gold lace on collar, cuffs and chest, eppoulets and aiguillete of gold lace, gilt buttons. Trousers white with a gold lace stripe, black shoes, waistbelt, sword-slings and sabretache, gilt letters on sabretache, steel scabbard, gilt sword hiit,gold lace sword knot, white gloves.

As for Fig.1. except; dark blue breeches, white stockings, black boots, different style of sword. Figs.

3. & 4. Lancers:

Czapka red top with yellow lace and centre hand, black leather base and peak, brass plate, National Cockade; green, white, red, cap lines and flounders white, brass chinstrap bosses, black leather chinstrap. Tunic dark green, red collar, cuffs and turnbacks, cuff bar and piping in white, piping to the front of tunic red, pocket piping white, brass buttons, eppoulets white with a brass half-moon [or crescent'. Overalls red with a green stripe and black leather bottoms, black boots, pouch belt, pouch, waistbelt and sword slings, brass fittings, steel scabbard, sword hilt brass, white sword knot, lance pennon red, hand strap in white leather. Shabraque green with red edging, white lambs wool with red cloth edging, white "L" in corner.
