As promised in the last issue here are the colour details of the Colombian Air Force wings etc.: Fig. No 1. Worn by Generals in the Colombian Air Force who have been Pilots or Navigators. Fig. No 2. Worn by Pilots with 4,000 hours flight time and acredited with 16 years as an Officer. Fig. No 3. Worn by Pilots with 12 years consecutive as Military Pilots and with 3,000 hours flight time. Fig. No 4. Worn by Pilots with 8 years as a Pilot in the Air Force, 2,000 hours flight time. Fig. No 5. Lapel Badge modern day. Fig. No 6. Pilot Wings given to graduates from the Escuela Militar de Aviacion" with the rank of Sub-Lieutenant. Fig. No 7. Navigator and Bomberdier Wings. Fig. No 8. Lapel Badge worn 1920-1954. Fig. No 9. Lapel Badge worn 1954-1959. All wings and stars are gilt with the National Coat of Arms enamalded, National Colours on outer border of shield. Figs. Nos. 8 & 9 are plain gilt. Fig. No 7 has a medium blue field on it's shield with a silver globe.
