As you all can see the format for this issue has changed a little due to a word processor and printer that I have just bought, this addition will I hope, help in the general appearence of the newsletter/journal and it will also allow this information to be stored on a disc. It is hoped that in the future booklets will be put together on various Latin American topics using these machines, but that will have to be when I've got to grips with all the manuals etc. I will close for now as there are still colour instructions to plates to be included for this issue.
