Earl Russell to the Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty My Lord, Her Majesty has been pleased to direct that a man-of-war should be at once sent to Vera Cruz to bring Sir C. Wyke and the members of his Mission to Jamaica. Sir C. Wyke and one of his Attaches should be conveyed from Jamaica to Bermuda, or wherever Admiral Sir A. Milne may be, and received on board his flag-ship, leaving the rest of the Mission at Jamaica.
