I want to take this opportunity to thank the many people who have helped me put this journal out. To each I would award a Robe of Honor. Tom Keller Who taught me about wargaming and then showed me experimental games. Chester Gates Who helped me create matrix games. Ian Engle Who played in the very first matrix game and who has been a constant critic since then. Chris Kemp Who printed my first matrix game articles and who encouraged me by giving me the best game idea of 1988 award. Paddy Griffin Who encouraged my initial work in EGG and who was the second person to write a matrix game article. Hal Thinglum Who encouraged my initial work in EGG and who wrote an article that predicted much of the potential that matrix games are now fulfilling. Steve Dake Who has given EGG so many favorable reviews in MWAN. Chris Morris Who has reviewed EGG in Lone Warrior and played in so many matrix game PBMs. Carl Carlsson Who played in my first matrix game PBM. Greg Novak Who gave me a saddle stapler and challenged me to do better. Howard Whitehouse Who wrote the first DBA matrix campaign and who has been a good friend out on the radical fringe of gaming. Terri Who married me and who still tolerated my folly. AND LASTLY THOSE WHO DESERVE HIGHEST HONORS.................................. Bob Cordery Who is the father of matrix gaming in England. Tim Price Who would be the mother of matrix gaming in England were that anatomically possible!
