Welcome to EGG13! EGG is now in its third year and it seems to be going well. I've decided to keep the subscription cost at 7$ for this next year even though EGG now has a harder stock cover. Thank you for your support in this venture. Now for the real news. I've been running a lot of matrix game recently at conventions. They have been going over very well. The games have become easy enough now for other people to run them (without my needing to be there to do CPR). I'd love to have people run these games, since it is impossible for me to make it to more than a few conventions a year. To help out this happening I want to make everyone an offer. If you are willing to run a Matrix Game at a convention, I will supply you with the Matrix Game (a set of rules, with matrix cards) and scenarios to run. If you want to run a specialized scenario of your own, I will help do it as a Matrix Game (though this will take a little longer). To put it simply, if you will run the game, I will supply you with the stuff to do it. I am interested in conventions, but my definition of what this is is very broad. Game days, larger conventions, or even large club meets could apply here. I just want to have the games out there being run. In this way the idea can spread around and hopefully inspire others to either make a matrix of their own or who knows they might come up with a game innovation that is completely new.
