The Courier Vol.V, No.5: We find ±n that issue two very good articles on the Napoleonic Period: (1) 'Wellington in the Mountain' (How to game in the mountains by Paddy Griffith) and (2) 'Design Unpredictable Performance' by Ned Zuparko. Also of importance is an article by Mike Gilbert on painting figures 'Sending Out the Details' , plus figure review etc. "The Courier" is published bi-monthly at Brockton, Mass., 02403, PO Box 1878. subscription rate for US is $14.00 and Canada & S. America - surface rate - $17.00. Military History We have received the first three issues of that new publication geared for the general public and covering various aspect of general military history somewhat superficially and some articles have a slight British bias which is easy to understand since the Editorial Review Board includes David Chandler, RMA, Sandhurst, Fred. E. Haynes, Maj.General (ret.), Herbert M.Hart and Brigadier PeterYoung. In the first issue the Battle of Aboukir is covered as well as the Battle of New Orleans. We wish well that new magazine excellently printed and loaded with color pictures and priced at a very low $2.00 per copy or $10.00 for one year subscription Write to : Military History Circulation, PO Box 2309, Reston, Virginia, 22090.
