Back to the old business of howitzer fire: Now, as I mentioned before, I am trying to account for the fact that most howitzers fired at the same trajectory as "standard cannon", and their ability to inflict casualties was at least equal to a light, medium, or heavy cannon, with the added possibility of a burst as I provided for in issue 18. I would like to keep this rule as simple as possible while taking into consideration the ability of French (and French-equipped allies) to fire at 45 degrees (Bavarian guns also seemed to be able to do this.)
