Editorial

Wow! Two ECW Times in one year and it will even get better in the new year.

The recent revival of ECW wargaming, and teh steady increase in Living History units as re-enactors continue to spread their wings beyond purely Big Battle Bashes, has brought about a flood of inquiries to the Partizan Offices. Many of them invovle the minutae of dress, equipment, organization, flags, etc. that aren't easily satisfied by merely supplying a reading list. For most, there are no firm sources able to supply the answers needed.

So, we thought we'd have a wargamer's/re-enactor's/Living Historian's Corner through which we could pass some queries and give enthusiasts out there a chance to ramble through some practical possibilities where hard and fast facts may not be available. But who knows....

Suggestions for a witty section heading gratefuly received.

Thank you for all your kind comments about issue 52, the first under my editorship. I hope you enjoy this one even more.
