We would firstly like to apologise for the fact that we are NOT about to apologise for the delay with this issue - it is actually on time!!

You will notice elsewhere the announcement that your ECW N&Q is going to evolve into something larger and slightly glossier. This is entirely due to the support readers and contributors have given the magazine in particular and Partizan Press generally in the past. The magazine is to go quarterly, published between the 3rd-5th week of each quarter.

Glossier will mean prettier and more to look at and read but will not mean woolier. We will use the new format to try to attract a wider audience by adding slightly more general articles on the period to the hard core of military research that we have always produced. So regulars keep sending more of the same, and new contributors- well, try us.
