I must confess that I have gone to see the summer movie that is packed full of action, sex and gore! It was exciting to watch Saddam Hussein work his evil plan as Canada and the good old US of A duked it out to the death to see the Minions of Satan come forth. Yes, Marie and I went to see South Park. If you hate the show on cable, don't waste your money on the movie. Likewise, If you have never seen an episode on the Comedy Channel, I suggest you go rent a video first before you head off to the movie. If you are easily offended or a PC type of person, don't see this movie. If you're none of the above, dive on in. The jokes come fast and furious. Many are hidden in the background. The two guys who are the motivating force behind this movie are rather clever. If you have ever seen the Broadway Play, Les Miserables, you will note the familiar tunes and events near the end of the movie. I have heard there are 14 songs in the movie, I don't doubt it. The ditty by Terrance and Phillip about their Uncle is rather amusing. The movie is not for kids!!!! It's an adult comedy. These guys tried to see how much the could get away with and still keep the "R" rating. After you see the USO show with "Big Gay AL" and Wynonna Ryder (Doing her Ping Pong Ball Trick!!!) you'll know the envelope has been pushed to the limit. So, lets hear it for the 5th Brigade and Operation Provide Cover. Anyone want to Rochambo???
