Regional News Welcome to our humor issue, a collection of goodies that I've gathered over the last year for your enjoyment. Next month will be our membership directory which will be somewhat delayed in getting to you if you don't attend NASHCON, where they will be handed out directly to those members in attendance. Be sure that if you've moved and I have not received your updated information (particularly phone numbers) that you send it in to me. Please note that the motel for NASHCON has changed owners (again) and it is now the Clarion, NOT the HoJo any more. FYI: by Maj Bill Below is a report on the Hattiesburg convention. The facility is excellent with lighting excellent for our purposes, hey you can actually see our toys and their paint jobs! Many thanks to Dr Mike Lowry for his support of the show (and putting me up) as well as others who worked so very hard to make the show work. Attendance was about average (50+) for one of our first time all-historical shows. Hilton McManus brought in a group of DBMers from the New Orleans area though the promised crew from Tampa were unable to make it. Though the gate etc. was insufficient to recover our seed money, all in attendance had a great time so we WILL do this again next year, so make your plans accordingly. Murphy's Laws of Combat: 87. It is generally inadvisable to eject over an area you just bombed.
