We would like for you to remember Joey Lacour in your prayers for his health. He has had to go back into the hospital for a third bone marrow transplant.

Please note: Reunion 1998 has had to be MOVEDI We have been priced out of the use of the reasonably priced Smyrna Town Center and have been able to find another affordable venue on short notice. It is the Governor's House and Convention Center Ramada Inn (I-65 and Harding Place) and the dates have changed to 30 Oct-1 Nov. Tim Mullin has been working mightly on a site for the 1999 Reunion in the Atlanta area and this looks like a go so after a three year rest, Reunion has begun it's wandering again. Lst's hope it can now find a good home in north Atlanta.

From Bill Gray HMGS East: In case you are not aware, on Wednesday 5 August ,Hasbro Inc purchased Avalon Hill, lock, stock and counters for $6 million. All but a very few employees were immediately dismissed.

One other thing that happened at the National BoD meeting in July at Historicon was that Maj. Bill was selected as the new National HMGS Treasurer.
