Well, this is the first report of the newly elected BOD. The members are, Charlie Clay, Michelle Keely, Baxter Key, Keith Jordan, & Tim Mullen. Several Items were discussed and voted on by the Board at Nashcon this year. A motion was made by Keith Jordan to appoint Baxter Key as president. Tim Mullen seconded it and the vote was 2 to 1 in favor with 2 members not present. Keith Jordan then Nominated Tim Mullen to be Vice President, Baxter Key seconded the motion and it was passed 2 to 1 in favor, with 2 members not present. Mike Peccolo was re appointed Treasurer by a vote of 3 to 0 with 2 members not present. After discussion, It was decided to make the dispatch BI-monthly. The main reason for this is due to a lack of submission of articles applying to the hobby, and gaming in general. If the number of submissions rises over the next few months, the board will visit this issue again at Reunion. We all enjoyed the series of articles on the Alamo and look forward to that caliber of article from other members in the future. The next report will be submitted after Reunion in Memphis this year and posted in the January Dispatch.
