Fuzilier Muster

by Major Bill Harting

NASHCON is approaching rapidly, and since this is an election year, you will need to think about who you want on the Regional BoD and also who would be appropriate to receive the Mary Beth award. Send your nominations to Major Bill or Bryant Williams, Special Projects Officer.

We send out our prayers for a speedy recovery to Bob Moon, who has undergone a reported septuple bypass and a valve replacement.

I attended Fuzilier Muster and it was a great little show. Unfortunately we lost money on it and though their attendance would not necessarily have made the show profitable, the fact was that some MidSouth members 'forgot' the show and instead ran a game up in Jackson (no, I won't embarass you by mentioning your names). It is terribly frustrating to go through all the expense and several people's hard work to put on a local gaming show and then have such a lack of local support. It makes me wonder if we should continue supporting such an event. That will have to be a BOD decision.
