MagWeb.com BattleMusic CD: Emperor Triumphant Received an audio CD in the mail last week of Battle music, a set of new compositions by a gal named Wynter entitled Emperor Triumphant: An Invasion Ignites Imperial Wrath and produced by our friend at MagWeb.com, Russ Lockwood. I'm no music critic nor a judge of Ms. Wynter's organ skills but let's just say that a Mighty Wurlitzer it was not (more like a Hammon B-3). I guess that I've been spoiled on fully orchestrated war music by such as the Victory At Sea suite. This is Horse and Musket music telling a story as the title suggests, much as Beethoven's Wellington's Victory. I intend to make a tape of this music (I don't have a CD player in my gaming area) and will use it as background music. 15mm South African I found out that Rick Nance makes a 15mm South African armored car that I've wanted for a long time, the Marmon Harrington, so I ordered a dozen of them.
