The Birmingham Alabama Wargaming Association would like to invite all gamers to its second annual Henry Brewer-Gus Sailors Memorial DBM Tournament on April 13th-14th, 2002. The tournament will be exclusively for 15mm and consist of four four-hour rounds; three on Saturday, one on Sunday morning. DBM 3.0 rules and DBM Books 1 to 4 (2nd Editions only) will be used. The format will be standard, 400 points, 2 lists (see below) with the usual caveats (same nation, same year, same geographic area). Registration will start at 8am Saturday, Round 1 starts at 9am. Armies, including baggage, must be organized into commands. Exception: Commands with immobile baggage may leave this with an another command where the command flank marches or is otherwise entirely in ambush. Lists: In order to use two lists, they must be provided by April 7th to Vincent Solfronk (who will be the referee), otherwise players will be limited to one list. Anyone with an illegal list will forfeit that and previous rounds and their opponents will get their winning score. A non-playing referee will play but not count if odd number of players attend.
