For subscribers and miniaturists who are searching for products that are new and inexpensive, Vac-U-Cast has a growing products list of 1/76 resin-cast vehicles and their accessories. Purchase a PzIII or a PzIVh for $4.50 each US, or get that historical German Jagdpanzer you've always wanted for $11.00 US! (These Vac-U-Cast products are, markedly, cheaper, compared with the higher import prices paid for the MiniTank brand from Austria.) Vac-U-Cast has products available through BrookhurstHobbies.com, one of the larger online sources for the Hobby. Their site has a PDF page available where Vac-U-Cast has a list of their products. You should have an Adobe, Acrobat, or similar program handy. The scope and quantity of the list may amaze you, but judge that for yourself. It leans towards the Eastern Front campaign. 1/76 Vac-U-Cast products would be compatible with 1172 (True) 20mm or similar pict products from other sources. Some of their military and architectural accessories are design for V72 PR. I'm not sure about toe quality of Vac-U-Cast's products, although, so you'll have to find for yourself how to satisfy your prejudices. While on the topics of Brookhurst Hobbies, they also have a link to an advice painter, a so-called Doctor Faust, who has a question-and-answer board so that you may enter your favorite "painting question" to be answered by the Doc. The Doc will give advice, such as how to strip paint from your miniatures, and provides tips for painting. (The Doc shows you the steps for painting a 15mm horse, for example.) If you need information, or simply want to fulfill your curiosity, the Painting Doctor will provide some details.
