Contributing Editor Brian R. Train continues to recover from his automobile accident last December, Brian reports:

"I got out of the hospital on, Wednesday 14 July when I was supposed to get out on Saturday the 10th. I had a bad reaction to the anesthetic and hip and leg are all cut up and full of staples now. You would not believe the size of the metal rod they took out of my leg, there's an even bigger one in there in its place now! I kept the old one and will give it to my friend Gary the Sculptor to make something out of it for me.

Both Werbaneth and Jim Dunnigan have launched on-line publishing ventures. Werbaneth is linking with The Gamers Net while Dunnigan is opening The Strategy Page. Full descriptions are available in the press releases in this issue.

If anyone is willing to assume this onerous task (only kidding) please let me know soonest. It's about time we worked on getting ourselves some "presence."

People to needle: Just a not so subtle (and public) reminder that we're still looking for Sigourney Street's piece on Bunker Hill and "Dutch" Holland's long promised offering on the history of artillery. There are probably others but I've long since forgotten them.
