S-4 (Logistics) covers the Sinews of War so to speak, that is reviews of items of interest to players of CD/CA, as well as conversions of items needed but which are not readily available on the market. In so far as I have some interest in this field, I have recruited a special editor for this section, Jeff Glasco. Jeff has been nice enough to send me a number of TO&Es for the CP, and in return he has been given the task of reviewing items for S-4. Looking forward to hearing from anyone out there with items of interest.
