S-3 (OPERATIONS) is the section of CP which deals with scenarios both for COMMAND DECISION and COMBINED ARMS, as well as someday OVER THE TOP. It is my goal to run from one to two scenarios per issue, with each scenario having the map, orders of battle, background, and any other needed data. I need to point out that I have learned the hard way that what works for one group of players does not work for another, as different groups tend to concentrate on different things. Some people play to enjoy, others play to win, and still others have a mixture of all three, so what appeals to one group will not appeal to another.
