CARTOONS I finally was able to get Jose Niera to start producing cartoons for us again. Correspondence was always difficult as he lives in Ecuador. But the miracle of the internet has the cartoons coming again - I have several for future issues. BUT we always need cartoon ideas - if you have a cartoon idea, send it in - you will get full credit. ARTICLES While I am on the subject of ideas, I can use some more articles, especially Napoleonic and American Civil War ones. Of all the renewals, changes of address, and orders we get each issue only some 4-6% take the time to fill out Volley Fire which is on the same document that is sent in for the renewals, etc. In fact, most responses come from those who are sending their Volley Fire response only and not renewing, etc., at the moment.
