Skytrex has a batch of new white metal kits of WW2 vehicles in 20 mm. There are four new variants of the M4A3 Sherman; Russian SU76, SU76i, and SU57; French Laffly V15 tractor, Renault AGR truck, Latiel Field Car, and Somua halftrack; Japanese HoKoKu-GO Type 2592 armored car, 37 mm AT gun, 70 mm infantry gun, and 105 mm field gun; German SdKfz 252 Ammo Carrier and SdKfz 253 armored observation vehicle; and British Crusader AA variant, Mark I, Mark III, and AA variants of the Staghound armored car, three versions of a jeep for parachute troops, an airborne 6 Pdr gun, Tetrarch tank, and a Porpoise sledge. Polly Oliver Castings are now available in North America, with new 15mm American Revolution figures. This line has three to seven poses each of British Center Co. troops, Light Infantry, Grenadiers, Welsh Fusiliers, Highlanders, and Continentals in hunting shirts and in 1779 Regulation uniforms. Artillery, cavalry ,

Quality Castings continues to add to their WW2 line in 15mm. Recent releases include 3 howitzer-armed close-support versions of the Matilda II, Crusader Mk I, and Crusader Mk IV, a 3-ton Bedford truck with canvas top, and a Bedford 1500 wt. radio truck. There is a Russian BA64 cmd vehicle, Russian (ML72) and newly redone German (BMW) motorcycle dispatch riders or riders with sidecars and machineguns, a French UI armored tractor with tracked trailer and TC figures, a US T19 halftrack with 105mm howitzer, and redone versions of the Russian JS I and German Kubelwagen. There is also a pack of French command figures and, for gamers adding scenery to their stands or merely maniacal about ammunition rules, there are artillery shells in 105 mm, 88 mm, 75 mm, and 50 mm sizes. Tumbling Dice Miniatures have released new WW1 figures in 15 mm. These include Turkish troops in helmet, fez, fleece cap, or arab headdress and U.S. troops in slouch hat, steel helmet, soft cap or Adrian helmet. Their figures are packaged as either 12 different infantry poses, 6 sets of 2-figure LMG teams, 3 sets of 3-figure MMG teams, or 3 sets of 3-figure trench mortar teams, each package priced at $8.50. Bull Dancer Miniatures is a new company, currently producing 25 mm Minoan/Mycenean figures sculpted by Geoffrey VAlley and cast by C in C. Peter Pig Pirates in 15 mm have hit the New World. There are pirates with muskets, swivel guns, armed, unarmed, dead, commanding, and characters, along with Gevernment musketeers and officers, spear-armed natives, gun crew, and a rowing boat crew. These are packaged 8 figures for $2.80. GHQ has added the British battlecruiser Inflexible and M class destroyer to their 1:2400 WW1 line, with German battlecruiser Moltke and light cruiser Leipzig for opposition. The 1:2400 WW2 naval additions include the battlelships California, West Virginia, and Tennessee as they appeared at Surigao Strait in Oct. 1944, battleship Repulse, heavy cruiser Foch (Suffren class), and the coast defense ship San Giorgio, which ended up providing AA protection in Tobruk in 1940-41.

The new Microarmour vehicles are the SdKfz 251/D 22 PaK40-carrying halftrack, the SdKfz 251/D 21 halftrack with 1.5 cm triple-mount AA, and a modern French VAB-VCI 4x4 troop carrier. Fire Force Products polyurethane resin kits for WW1 vehicles in 25 mm are now available in the U.S. from Brookhurst Hobbies. These include three variants of the Rolls Royce armored car, two of the Austin armored car, a Lanchester armored car, a Mk. IV Tank, German A7V tank, French Schneider tank and Charron armored car. Old Glory has issued a pile of figures in a huge new 25 mm ACW line. There are 42 bags of infantry, 15 of cavalry, artillery crews for both sides, six types of artillery, caissons and supply wagons. A dozen special sets (personalities, medical personnel, civilians, etc.) are due soon. Each bag has a wide variety of poses, with 30 foot or 10 cavalry to a bag for $21.00. SHQ Miniatures has a batch of new WW2 figures in 20 mm, dressed in 1944 uniforms. These are British command groups, Bren groups, riflemen, 2 mortar teams, PIAT teams, 3 mortar, Vickers MG, AT gunners, and a sapper group. There is also an American landing craft crew, along with Infantry command groups, riflemen, BAR groups, Bazooka teams, 81 mm mortar, .30 MG, Rangers, and combat engineers. Redoubt Enterprises has added 13 musketeers to their line of 25 mm ECW figures. These are dressed in a variety of cassocks, with two figures in furlined jackets. The American Revolution line has also been expanded by the addition of 17 German figures. These include an officer, several poses each of fusiliers, musketeers, grenadiers, and jaegers, as well as fusilier and musketeer standard bearers, a fusilier drummer, and a dismounted dragoon.

Redoubt is also producing a 25 mm Pirate Galleon in resin, some 600 mm long, with 12 guns, half a dozen swivel guns, lift-off forecastle deck, quarter deck and poop deck, assorted fittings, and 40 crew figures. Priced at a mere $275.00, plus $20.00 shipping, every club should have at least half a dozen. The line of 39 different pirate figures is also available. Redoubt foot figures are priced at $1.50 each.
