Scenario: A Napoleonic game played with the new version of Brom Rules - Western Oregon Wargamers (WOW) variant. It would be helpful if players brought their own copies of the rules and measuring device. But dice and measuring devices will be provided if players do not bring them (rules use D10 and D6 dice).

Event: The Storming of the Schellenberg (1)

Scenario: At next year's Enfilade Oregon's Emerald Valley Wargamers, with help from all over the world, will be hosting a game of the Battle of Blenheim. The game will feature all the individual squadrons, battalions and batteries present at the battle, with more than 2700 28mm figures on a 32- foot table. This year we present the prelude to that battle. The first of three battles will be the Storming of the Schellenberg. Prince Louis, Margrave of Baden and the Duke of Marlborough assault the hastily repaired defenses on the Schellenberg Hill near Donauworth - a major crossing point on the Danube that will allow the Allies to cross into Bavaria. Event: Defense of Fuengirola Castle, Spain 1810
Period: Napoleonic
Rules: Modified Sword and the Flame

Scenario: In a bold maneuver to capture Malaga, the British are staging a diversionary attack on the village of Fuengirola and its adjacent castle. The goal of the attack is to lure the French garrison of Malaga out of the city. The castle is defended by a small detachment of Poles. However, once they got ashore, the British found that things were not going according to plan. The Poles proved more formidable than expected, the Spanish assistance did not materialize, and French reinforcements arrived. Can the British pull out a victory or will they go down to ignominious defeat?

Scenario: The second of this year's three battles has Prince Maximillian Emanuel, Elector of Bavaria defying his historical performance and forming up for battle to stop the allies' Rape of Bavaria. The English and Hanoverian brigades with an Imperial brigade from the Margrave clash in a meeting engagement with Bavarian troops as the allies cross the river Lech. Could the Elector have dealt a crushing defeat to the allies before they destroy Bavaria?

Scenario: Take to the air over Central America in World War II-era Cosairs and Mustangs to defend the honor of Honduras or El Salvador in La Guerra Del Futbol, which broke out following the 1969 World Cup preliminary games. No experience necessary.

Scenario: The third of this year's battles has Marshall Tallard emerging from the Black Forest Mountains. Winston Churchill suggests in his biog raphy of Marlborough that had Tallard marched down the north bank of the Danube, he would have cut Marlbor ough supply routes from Nordlingen. However, Price Eugene was still north of Tallard at this time and certainly could have intervened in this plan. What would have happened if Tallard and Eugene had met near Geislingen?
