A Call for Games and Volunteers

Enfilade 7

by Tim McNulty

I am getting excited - ENFILADE! is just around the corner, on May 23, 24 and 25. I can hardly wait! ENFILADE! this year has been expanded to three days of gaming. With this expansion, requested by the NHMGS membership, we're going to need more historically-based games. I'm putting on two games myself, with the help of friends. If you are running a game, please consider running a second, and if you're not running anything, consider running one over the three days. It would be greatly appreciated by all who attend and you might even find that you like running games! With plenty of historical games filling all seven sessions over the three days, ENFILADE! is sure to be another success. So again, please consider running a game or two. I'm sure it will still leave you with plenty of time to participate in other games, chat with friends and spend your money at the dealers' tables.

We are also going to need help at the registration table, as we do every year. If you would like to volunteer, please contact myself, Tim McNulty (206) 770-0957. You would be asked to work one 2-hour stint at the registration table. So if you can help, please do. If you decide that you want to run a game or two, contact Russ Bauder at (206) 522-7851.

I really feel that this could be the breakthrough year for ENFILADE!. If we can get the historical games and volunteers that we need, we will be able to meet the increased interest shown by local and out-of-state attendees. I look forward to seeing you all at ENFILADE! this year, so let's get the event proposals turned in, and volunteer to help make ENFILADE! '97 a success.
