Dear Editor, I am in the midst of a major painting and figure sculpting spree. Mostly Grand Italian and 30 Years War stuff. Which gave me an idea that I would like to float out to the West Coast redership. What if I were to put on a DBR tournament here in southern Oregon some time next year'? I will provide all the pre-set 25mm armies on preset terrain. You run a different army on a different table in each of the fourrounds of thetwo day event. Istplace winner will get their choice from the 350-400 point armies that are used in the tournament. I'd need about 10 players or teams (participate as a single or a team) at $60.00 a team or single to make this thing fly. $30.00 of the entry fee would be rebated as unpainted figures with assorted other prizes. It's a thought, and since it will require about a year of lead time, now is the right timeto start thinking about it. So I could use some feedback on this idea, especially from people interested in participating.
