Grant Takes Command is a supplement to a pair of CoA games, Lee Takes Command and Autumn of Glory and consists of two scenarios: North of the Anna (for LTC) and Battle Above the Clouds (for AoG).

You must have the games in order to play the new scenarios (you need the maps). MagWeb does reproduce the rules in full, and provides two HUGE graphics files--for those with the time, patience, printer, cardboard, gluestick, and a pair of scissors to reproduce the units needed--albeit not as well as the die-cut cardboard counters included in the magazine. But that is your option.

For those interested more in the history than the simulation game rules, we've pulled out the historical commentary (includes order of battle). The Full Set of Rules also includes the historical commentary and order of battle. The Status Sheets are for game use, as is the game unit counters file--RL
