This issue is already pretty full of stuff from the Iraqi Air War, so I'll keep this brief. Since all of our subscribers are pretty competent in playing first edition rules, I won't go into detail about all the differences in the new rules, because there really aren't too many changes, just new options. The Flight Rules Summary included in our centerfold pullout can be explored at your leisure and the differences between the two editions are pretty self evident. Note, snap-turning is now part of the turning rules and not a maneuver as such. Likewise, unloaded dives are akin to steep dives and are considered diving flight and not a maneuver. The 2nd edition Integrated Turn Charts are also included for your perusal. In the turn charts, the LO and ML bands are consolidated in one chart. Also, a new turn mode "90" is evident. Treat it like a "60" except you can turn 90 degrees. You will also notice new classifications on supersonic/transonic stuff, that will be explained in later issues. Note, snap-turns still allow only a "60" degree facing if the chart allows 60 or 90s.
