If you are like me, your summer holidays are now just a fading tan and a collection of cheap and nasty souvenirs! I was therefore pleasantly suprised when a copy of the 'Ian Fletcher Battlefield Tours 1999' brochure arrived. As you are all probably aware fan, who is one of the UK's best known authors on the many aspects of the Peninsular War, has 'gone solo'. The tours advertised include the Royal Armouries and Waterloo, as well as several in Spain and Portugal. A new one is fifteen days for the War of 1812, which looks very tempting. Ian's brochure can be obtained from PO Box 112, Rochester, Kent, UK ME1 2EX; or the website at http://members.aol.com/Fletchtour. I have also just taken delivery of a new release of 10mm figures which I will review next issue. In the meantime the catalogue is available from Check 6 at: 7 Glyndon Rd., Plumstead, London, UK SE18 7PD, or from the tradestand at shows. Keep on rocking.
